The technological cycle of production from pouring fish from the trawl to freezing it is based on the analysis of the most effective world technologies, and allows you to get a high-quality product of sea shock freezing in the shortest possible time from the moment the fish is lifted on board.

Raw fish storage tanks are equipped with seawater cooling systems, which allows to reduce the temperature of raw materials before freezing, shorten the freezing time and improve the quality of the frozen product. Sorting complexes provide sorting of fish by species, size range and weights, excluding manual labor. This significantly increases productivity, allows you to produce a large number of product gradations.
